jokaydia Community Meeting – Input Welcome!

 communitymeetingslide.jpg

As part of our April Festival, we’ve called a Community Meeting to discuss ideas, directions and future projects on the Islands of jokaydia. The aim of this session is to encourage all of our community members to share their ideas and input as we plan our events calendar for the rest of the year. The meeting is being held at 2:30pm AEST/ 9:30PM SLT. (Check your local times here.)

I’m really excited to see a plethora of new activity happening on jokaydia including the Virtual Classroom Project, Kangan Batman TAFE’s exploits and the work that many of our residents are doing in Second Life. It is lovely to see our community moving beyond the basics of being and working in a virtual world and moving on to using the platform to create engaging events and activities that raise new ideas, discussions and connections. Congratulations everyone!! ;) I hope you will all continue to share your creativity and expertise and will be endeavouring to provide opportunities for that in the coming months.

I’ve posted the Community Meeting Agenda above. If you’ve got comments or feedback and you can’t make it to the meeting, please feel free to add your thoughts in the comments here.
