Presentations (Face-to-Face and In-world)

Short overviews or detailed presentations on Second Life and virtual worlds and their potential for use in educational and community projects. We can also run presentations on other virtual worlds and the future of the metaverse.

In-world Tours

Tours of Second Life which allows small groups to quickly gain skills in using a virtual world, and to explore places relevent to their interests.

Workshops

Face to face workshops, both for people new to Second Life and for those wishing to gain more advanced skills include building skills and avatar customisation.

Teacher Orientation and Training

Support and training for teachers who are looking to get started in Second Life - including using tools in Second Life for presentations and events, planning educational projects, managing students and creating educational spaces in Second Life

Planning and Designing Virtual Spaces

Support in planning and designing 3D virtual spaces for educational and community projects, including supporting collaborative building projects with students.

Project Facilitation and Management

Supporting and managing projects including providing training and support to project participants, creating resources and spaces and managing assets and resources.
