The Future of Learning in a Networked World Unconference has kicked off with style. We just spent several hours at the Hutton Theatre of the Otago Museum talking to a bunch of educators about the work that members of the FLNW group have been up to.
I had the pleasure of presenting some info about Second Life and the work I’ve been doing there. I’m looking forward to seeing some of the participants join us in exploring virtual worlds.
Next stop – a bit of a tour of the teaching and learning context in the Otago province, visiting schools, unis, training units… followed by a cocktail reception at the Student Centre and a cafe crawl for dinner.
